Welcome to SmrtSeats! By using our services, you agree to the following privacy practices:
- Information Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you create an account or make a purchase.
- Use of Information: We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account and our offerings.
- Information Sharing: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, as well as with venues for ticketing purposes. We may also share your information if required by law or to protect our rights. We may share information with the venue team to ensure a smooth ticketing experience. For more details on how we share information with venues, please contact our support team.
- Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information but keep records of past purchases, with your name and email removed, because venues need them for their accounting.

- Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, and delete your personal information. You can do all of this yourself in Account Settings: edit your details, use Download my data to get a copy of everything we hold about you, and delete your account to delete your personal information. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time on the Email Preferences page. If you can't sign in, email us and we'll handle your request.
- Changes to Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
